Mmm. So exciting, my first 100% Wednesday market meal of the season. Sannox Farms lamb, Woolderdale potato salad with Crosswind feta, Woolderdale greens topped with grated Woolderdale carrots & beets & Crosswind feta, and Woolderdale kale steamed with Waymac Farms mushrooms. mmmmmm.
* I did use a few of my own spices (homegrown Rosemary, smoked paprika & garlic), some olive oil & salt & pepper to marinate the meat & dress the salads. Otherwise, little seasoning was needed & it was all Wed. market deliciousness!!
