May 26th- Guest Chef Ursula Fugger

Ursula Fugger of Windswept B & B cooked up some delicious treats down at the market on May. 27th. Using rhubarb from McClean's Berry Farm, she stewed in ginger & chilis to create a fantastic taste combination. She paired this delight with fresh cream cheese made on-site by squeezing the whey out of yogourt through cheese cloth . . . .she also grilled up some fresh tomatoes from C. Bruni & Sons, in a balsamic vinagrette. These were also paired with the fresh cheese. Ursula also introduced many market goers to a delicious seasonal treat. Using fresh amaranth from Gaelic Garlic, she quickly pan-friend the nutritious green in garlic & oil. This healthy & easy treat was enjoyed by many market-goers that morning.

Guest Chef Evan Podd
