On July 20th, Brio Gusto joined us as our guest Chefs. The fabulous Lindsey & Jamie went around to meet the farmers' and collected fresh feta from Crosswind Farms, portobello & brown mushrooms from Waymac Farms, peas & dill from Sunroot Organics, peas & greenhouse tomatoes from C. Bruni & Sons, Rainbow Chard from Deer Bay Farrms, and zucchini & new potatoes from Martin's Fruit & Veggies, and a fresh Baquette from Cedarview Farms.
They rushed off to Brio Gusto located close-by to do some prep, and returned with fabulous fresh made chips, and sliders (Recipes coming soon!)
They fried up the veggie patties & assembled the delicious 'sliders' on site, much to the delight of hungry market-goers. Not much talking was done, but a chorus of mmm, and delicious, and what is in that, and more mmm's followed for the next few hours.
